Registration for the National Medicines Symposium 2014
Registration for NMS 2014 is now open. We welcome all delegates and look forward to seeing you at the symposium.

You can register online as an individual or as an organisation. Organisations can use our group registration link to register multiple delegates. One tax invoice will be generated for the group and emailed to the first registrant.
By registering online, you will receive immediate confirmation via email. You will also be given an access key. This will allow you to retrieve or edit your registration details via this website.
Registrations received after Monday, 12 May 2014 are not guaranteed a satchel and symposium materials.
Registration to NMS 2014 includes the following:
- attendance at all symposium sessions
- a copy of the program and abstract book
- access to the symposium proceedings
- morning and afternoon teas
- ticket to the Symposium dinner and National MedicineWise awards on Thursday, 22 May 2014
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the date of receipt of registration forms). All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* Student registration is available for full-time students who are not currently employed. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status.
** Student group of ten registration must be registered using the “Student Group” registration link. All 10 students must be registered in the same transaction.
+In order to keep the price as low as possible, this does not include a ticket to the Symposium dinner. Please enquire for student price dinner ticket if you would like to attend.
Payment of registration fees
Registration fees can be paid online using MasterCard or Visa, or select the option to forward payment via cheque. We are unable to accept payment via direct debit. A tax invoice will be automatically emailed to the address supplied upon confirmation of payment and submission of your registration details.
Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
Cheque - please make payable to: NPS MedicineWise. All payments must be in Australian Dollars. Post to NMS 2014, c/o Expert Events, PO Box 351, Hamilton Central QLD 4007 Australia.
Note: Registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.
If you need to make changes to your registration, please send them in writing (not telephone) to the symposium secretariat via email@example.com, fax +61 7 3848 2133 or post to Expert Events, PO Box 351, Hamilton Central QLD 4007 Australia.
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the symposium secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Friday 18 April 2014 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday 18 April 2014 will be at the discretion of NPS and the symposium secretariat. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the symposium. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the symposium secretariat is advised in writing.
The registration desk will be located in the foyer on the Plaza Level of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Registration desk hours:
- Wednesday, 21 May 2014 1300-1800
- Thursday, 22 May 2014 0730–1700
- Friday, 23 May 2014 0800–1530
