Sitting fees for NPS working group members
All members of a Working Group will be paid sitting fees at an equivalent rate except for the Chair who will be entitled to a 50% loading. Observers and guests at meetings do not receive remuneration. Fees effective from 1 July 2007 are:

The sitting fees cover normal preparation time. With the approval of the Chair and the secretariat, members may claim for additional preparation time.
The full day sitting fee automatically includes $93.00 for expenses. This is the recommended rate for three meals.
