The unit undertakes and supports QUM research, develops and implements computer-based applications and other innovations to improve QUM including in learning environments, and evaluates the impact of NPS activities enabling sustainable development and continuous improvement.

Strategy and Communications is managed by Julie Eisenberg.
The strategy function co-ordinates development of NPS’s long term plans including the 10- and 4-year plans.
