Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) Programs is managed by Karen Kaye and includes the following teams:

Strategy and Communications

Strategy and Communications is managed by Julie Eisenberg.

The strategy function co-ordinates development of NPS’s long term plans including the 10- and 4-year plans. It works with Executive, senior managers and teams to develop organisational thinking around change in our operating environment and help identify and pursue innovative strategic opportunities.

The communications function is managed by the following teams:

  • Audience and Content, which leads thinking about how to connect NPS content with broad audiences and build quality use of medicines into a household concept. Key strategies include media relations and content partnerships, marketing, advertising and use of new and emerging digital channels. The team leads NPS brand development, collaborating with other teams to bring the brand identity to life across NPS activities
  • Corporate Affairs, which co-ordinates NPS’s external relationships with members, stakeholders and government and manages NPS's corporate media, conferences and internal communications.
