Positions vacantNPS has a field force of more than150 NPS Facilitators working in Divisions and Networks of General Practice around Australia. They play a key role in promoting our activities to health professionals and often to consumers too.
In addition there are 130 volunteer Seniors Peer Educators trained by the Council On The Ageing (COTA). They play a key role in promoting our activities to consumers.
NPS Facilitators, with their links with health professionals in their own communities, are one of the strengths of our program for health professionals. Seniors Peer Educators volunteer their time to help seniors in their local communities learn more about medicines and taking a more active role in their own medicine use, including empowering them to ask questions of their doctor and pharmacist.
