Our people come from a wide range of professional backgrounds including pharmacy, medicine, nursing, health promotion, research and evaluation, curriculum development and training, computer science, publishing, public affairs, organisational development, finance, IT and administration.

We are committed to developing our people and realise that the diversity of their backgrounds requires different opportunities to be developed for different people. In addition to financially supporting each person in their professional development goals, we are also developing a talent management program that will be tailored to the organisation and will assist us to plan for our workforce needs in the future. Critical to this program will be the ongoing implementation of core competencies across the business that will link all our human resource strategies.

Having successfully implemented an executive level of management in 2007/2008 we are now reviewing the structure within each team to ensure that we can develop individual potential and capability and provide our employees with practical opportunities to continue to develop their skills.
