Medicines and treatments for migraine

Minimising potential migraine triggers, for example, by eating regularly, plays an important role in managing this type of headache. (Keeping a headache diary can help to identify what the triggers are for you.) However, on many occasions migraine triggers aren’t obvious or can be difficult to avoid completely.
