NPS delivers two consumer medicine information services:
- Medicines Line provides consumers with independent information on prescription, over-the-counter and complementary (herbal/’natural’/vitamin/mineral) medicines.
- Adverse Medicines Events (AME) is where consumers can report a problem or side effect with their medicine.
