It’s important to tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the medicines you are taking, as they may interact with your prescription medicines. It will also help you to keep track of the medicines you are taking.
All medicines, including herbal and natural medicines, can cause unwanted effects and may interact with other medicines.
Write down the details of all your prescription, over-the-counter and herbal and natural medicines on a Medicines List. Take it with you when you visit your doctor or pharmacist.
