To speak to a pharmacist about medicines, call NPS Medicines Line, available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (EST) for the cost of a local call.
If an interpreter is required, call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450 and ask to speak to the NPS Medicines Line. Medicines Line is not an emergency service.
