For pharmacists: continuing professional development and competency standards

Our educational and quality improvement activities are recognised by various pharmacy organisations as contributing towards a pharmacist’s continuing professional development. Participation in NPS activities may also assist pharmacists to address specific competency standards as set out in the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia Competency Standards for Pharmacists in Australia 2010. Self records of CPD undertaken

Records maintained by participants must include details of CPD activities including date of activity, source or provider details, type of activity, topics covered during activity, accreditation status and Pharmacy Board of Australia CPD credits.
