15 Jan 2014 Souvenaid is a medicinal food claimed to improve synaptic function and therefore memory performance in people with mild Alzheimer’s disease who have not taken any other Alzheimer’s medicine. In trials there is no evidence for delaying AD progression but there may be a small effect on memory performance in drug-naïve persons in the very early stages of disease.
