Before NPS was set up, doctors, pharmacists, other health professionals and consumers were consulted about the best design and operation for the organisation. We continue to use their ideas in developing our strategies and programs.
Member organisations, stakeholder consultation and effective working groups are critical to our capacity to develop and deliver programs, and our structure encourages their participation.
NPS consults members and stakeholders through annual Members’ Planning Days and Stakeholder Reference Groups, regular communications and surveys.
