Can I transfer my information between devices?

Yes, you can use a third-party 'sync and back-up' app to create a back-up of your app, which you’ll then be able to install onto another phone. When the app is installed on separate devices, they are not synced and behave as two separate apps, so remember to keep both versions up to date or just have one version. 

I bought a new phone, do I have to re-enter all my information?

Am I able to share my information with other people, such as family members?

You can also email a PDF copy of your medicines list, your medicines activity log or measurements and tests report to other people.
