Developed in collaboration with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC), this module deals with antimicrobials prescribing in a hospital setting.
This course focuses on and provides an opportunity to reinforce your knowledge of appropriate antimicrobial prescribing. You will treat Mrs Clark, a 60-year-old retired teacher, who has been referred to the emergency department by her GP with fever, generalized myalgia, left loin pain and irritative lower urinary tract symptoms.
