What is in this leaflet

This leaflet answers some common questions about Duro-Tuss Chesty Cough Forte Tablets. It does not contain all the available information. It does not take the place of talking to your pharmacist or doctor.

All medicines have risks and benefits. Your pharmacist or doctor has weighed the risks of you taking Duro-Tuss Chesty Cough Forte Tablets against the benefits they expect it will have for you.

What Duro-Tuss Chesty Cough Forte Tablets are used for

Duro-Tuss Chesty Cough Forte Tablets contain two active ingredients bromhexine hydrochloride and guaiphenesin. Bromhexine helps to clear the chest by thinning the mucus in your air passages. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that loosens and reduces the thickness of phlegm, making it easier to cough up.

Ask your pharmacist or doctor if you have any questions about this medicine.

Your pharmacist or doctor will have more information on medicines to be careful .
