Suzanne finds that, provided she fills her dose aid before bed as the last thing she does in a day, she generally remembers to take all of her medicines every day.

The only thing that I can say is not with the actual medication itself, but um … having that little system where I get them ready the night before, in that little file which I bought in the chemist. And it's morning, lunch time, dinner time and evening and, as long as I've got that filled properly, I know during the day, you know, whether I've taken it or not [laughs], but no, I usually remember. If needs be, I can slip that in my handbag and take that, if I think I'm going to be out for a long time. But that's the only thing really, yes. It's being organised with it.
