An observant reader noticed that our photo of a tiger snake in the October issue (Aust Prescr 2012;35:152-5) was actually a photo of a broad-headed snake (Hoplocephalus bungaroides). This was an error, and here is a picture of an actual tiger snake (Notechis scutatus).
