Arthritis Australia aims to support people with all forms of arthritis including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and gout. It publishes information in several languages on the types of disease, treatments, blood tests, surgery, complementary therapies and supplements, diet, exercise and lifestyle advice.

An interactive website www.myjointpain.org.au supports people who are self-managing their osteoarthritis.

Arthritis Australia runs educational events and webinars for health professionals on arthritis topics. The state and territory branches provide support, information and lifestyle management advice on topics such as diet, managing pain, and local exercise classes including land- and water-based activities.

There is an online community forum where users can post comments and questions. It also provides videos, useful links and expert tips.
