The more medicines you take, the more difficult it can be to remember important information about them. A medicines list can be a useful way to keep all the information about your medicines together.

If you have a smartphone, download the free MedicineWise app from Google Play or the App Store. You can use the medicine list feature on the app, which will allow you to have the list with you during your medical appointments. If you have several medicines to keep track of, the MedicineWise app allows you to set alarms and reminders to make sure you never miss your dose.
If you prefer to have a medicine list on paper, you can download and print the NPS Medicinewise medicines list in English and 10 other languages.
