Helen explains how she has prepared for an eight-week holiday overseas.

I have to take a lot of medication with me. So, for example, I'm going away for eight weeks next year. So I've already checked online the websites for the embassies, consulates, whatever, for the different countries I'm going to, to find out what I can take in. What I need to have a letter from my doctor about. Whether I need to have everything in the packaging it came in. I'm checking whether certain over-the-counter medications or alternatives are available in the countries that I'm going to, so that I don't have to travel with so much. Yeah, I have to take a lot, generally.
