Peter S was not capable of managing his medicines when he was severely depressed. His wife did this for him and instigated his use of a Webster-pak.

When I first started taking a lot of the medication I was still in the depths of depression and I'd had all these boxes and jars and bottles and God knows what else at home and some days I'd be so confused my wife would actually have to dispense my tablets for me. So again, thanks to my wife, she made contact with the local pharmacy, [Pharmacy name] here in Penrith, to go see them. That'll cost you $30 there, yeah and he looked at … gave him a list of medications and I've been having Webster-paks now for years.
