Suzanne found it helpful to have her list when she was recently in hospital and saw several different doctors, who all needed to know about her medicines and medical history.

I think it’s … something that is very, very useful. And it is for me too, because you see different doctors, you see different consultants and specialists and surgeons and they want you to go through it. When I was in the [hospital], in one day, five times they wanted to hear my history, so I was lucky I had this, ‘cause you can't always remember dates and the ... you know, the process of what came before what and when did you have that operation.
