Provider of the MedicineWise app is changing

What is happening?

NPS MedicineWise provides the MedicineWise app. On 31 December 2022 the NPS MedicineWise organisation will cease operations (find out more). The app will transition to the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care ("ACSQHC").

 

What does this mean for my use of the MedicineWise app?

You can continue to use the app, as you do now. You won't need to re-install it. After the transition, the app and all data you save in it will be managed by the ACSQHC. You will be prompted to accept new terms and conditions.

 

What options do I have?

You can continue to use the app as you do now. Or, if you no longer wish to use the app, go to Settings in the app and select "Deactivate account".
