Diana has learned through managing her conditions that she can take control of her health and her life. She now feels she is able to help other people do the same.

The fact that I actually feel, with a bit of research, I can help my own health. For a long time, I was just the passenger in the ride. As soon as I realised, well hang on, there's no driver. I'm just the passenger here. As soon as I realised, reach over, take control, I realised I had so much inner strength that I can get through anything. If I can reach out and then help someone, then all the pain's been worth it. So now I really campaign for people's health. If that's the least I can do then I've done a hell of a lot.
