Diana thinks the support of people around you and other people going through the same thing are extremely important.

If you need family to support you or friends or anyone, speak up, speak out, use methods that are around you ... I hope that if people take anything from any of this, it's just, you know your body the best and if something's not right, talk to someone. They may have the exact same thing and be too scared to say it. Just reach out to people, even if it's anonymous over the net. Or use the resources that are out there, the Medicines Line, if your health cover has an advice line or anything. Even some of the apps out there on your phone.
