Phoebe uses a small medication organiser and keeps a bottle of water in the car so she can take her medicines when she is out. The bottle is square and does not roll under the car seat out of reach.

So, if you're going out, you have a little purple container which I'm sure you've seen and that fits in your handbag and you tend to, if you're me, buy the smallest and, when I first started, I had spares all the time in my handbag, because I'd go out and forget. So then I had the drink handy under … the car, because I tend to go out by car and so I could have them later. I put my medications into two categories. The cardiac ones, I must have, but the other ones ... supposing I go out without the Epilim or something ... well, I can have it later and it's not critical. So that sort of reassures your poor old brain, when it lets you down.
