The NPS RADAR article on methoxyflurane (published in May 2010) has been updated. The original version stated that there have been no case reports of nephrotoxicity with analgesic doses. While there have been no published reports, the Office of Product Review of the Therapeutic Goods Administration received one case report of renal and hepatic failure in February 2010 in which methoxyflurane was the suspected agent.1
